The location close to the "Notre-Dame" beaches, the marina and the Hossegor marine lake and cycle paths is really pleasant - the "South" and "Central" beaches are also within walking distance. Private underground parking in the residence next door, the ocean terraces are a plus, and the restaurants and beach huts are within walking distance.
