CAPBRETON BEACH – Résidence Le Signal – The apartment is composed of
an entrance hall (3.44 m²) with two bunk beds (80 cm),
a bathroom with window (3.18 m²) including shower, sink and WC,
and a bright living room (15.77 m²) opening onto a covered terrace equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor dining facing the ocean.
The kitchen area is equipped with a grill oven, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer.
From the living room, a split-step staircase leads to a pleasant mezzanine of approximately 13 m² used as a bedroom with a 140 cm double bed, a skylight and a fan,
as well as an additional toilet area with WC and washbasin at this level.

You will particularly appreciate the covered terrace with its open sea view, the private outdoor parking space, and the storage room for bicycles or pushchairs. The marina, fish market, restaurants, and beaches are all within walking distance, offering a comfortable holiday right by the ocean. Cycling paths also run directly in front of the residence.
