SEIGNOSSE LE PENON: Tourist resort on the edge of Hossegor, near the supervised "s" beach, in the pines, duplex apartment, on the 2nd 1/2 floor of the Tursan residence, with green space in the undergrowth ( pines, strawberry trees and cork oaks). Free WIFI. Classified 2* in 2021 by the CDT.
Entrance. Beautiful living room/lounge/kitchen (approximately 29m2) opening onto a covered terrace overlooking the green space of the residence.
Fitted kitchen: fridge-freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner gas hob and oven. Bedroom of approx. 10m2 opening onto the terrace: 1 double bed. Bathroom: washbasin and bath. WC. Interior staircase leading to a large mezzanine of approx. 16 m2 (overview of the dunes), 1 bedroom area with dressing room: 1 bed 160 and a bed 90. Public parking in front of the residence.
This apartment is very popular with its volumes and its decoration, moreover the proximity of the beach of s and the large green space with the pines are appreciable for the holidays. Household linen is not included in rentals. Housing not accessible to people with reduced mobility.
