This 150 m² villa on two levels offers the perfect setting for relaxation and rejuvenation. It includes :

- a 700 m² outdoor area including a large garden with swing, a large terrace with a shaded area, a large table, a relaxation area, a ping-pong table and an electric griddle,
- a large 4x10-meter heated private swimming pool (1.10 to 1.80 meters deep, available from June 1 to September 30) with deckchairs,
- a large open-plan living room with a welcoming lounge and dining area opening onto the terrace,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
- a ground-floor bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and access to the terrace,
- a ground-floor bedroom with double bed (140cm),
- an upstairs bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and balcony,
- an upstairs bedroom with double bed (140cm) and balcony,
- two children's bedrooms, each with a single child's bed, also serving as a playroom,
