In SEIGNOSSE, the villa welcomes you with a light, airy 28.37 m² living/dining room opening onto a large covered cement terrace with a plancha area for convivial outdoor dining. The fitted kitchen, separated by a pass-through, is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, oven and dishwasher. There is also a utility room with washing machine.
The villa has two shower rooms with basin, shower and WC. Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed and French windows giving direct access to the outside. Bedroom 2 is ideal for children, with two single beds and two pull-out beds. Bedroom 3 has a 160cm bed and French windows opening onto the garden. A garage completes the house's facilities.
