The house boasts generous volumes.
The ground floor opens onto a spacious entrance hall leading to a living room, where the dining area and sitting area (with television) are arranged around a bay window. This opens onto a lovely west-facing terrace, equipped with an awning and a garden table, perfect for relaxing outdoors.
The kitchen, at the rear of the house, is equipped with a fridge-freezer, a gas hob with three gas rings and an electric hob, an oven, a microwave and a dishwasher. Please note, however, that the barbecue is for decorative purposes only.
Also on the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a single bed (90cm) and a washbasin, as well as a shower room with basin, shower and washing machine. The WC is separate.
Upstairs, the villa has 4 east-facing bedrooms with direct access to the rear garden through French windows.
The bedroom has a double bed (140 cm) and a single bed (90 cm).
The other three bedrooms, all comfortably sized, each have a double bed (140 cm).
This floor also includes a bathroom with bath and washbasin, a separate toilet with washbasin and a separate WC.
