Ideally located on the edge of the golf course, between holes 15 and 16, close to the tennis courts and stadium, this magnificent, charming villa sits in a large wooded plot of 1,900 m2, dotted with cork oaks, arbutus and pine trees. Enjoy breathtaking views of the golf course from this villa. Wi-Fi is available free of charge and the villa was awarded 4-star status in 2020.
From the moment you enter, you will be charmed by a spacious living/dining room of 50 m2, opening onto a large south-facing wooden terrace of around 100 m2, offering panoramic views of the golf course. The fully-equipped kitchen has a hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven and microwave. There is also a WC on this floor.
The villa has three main bedrooms. The bedroom has a 160 cm double bed, while the second bedroom, measuring 12.9 m2, faces the golf course and opens onto a terrace. It also has a 160 cm double bed.
