CAPBRETON. Seaside resort adjoining Hossegor via the marina. Pleasant patio villa located halfway between the centres of Hossegor and Capbreton and the marina.
Living room (2.65x4.14) opening onto a covered terrace with awning and south-facing small garden: TV, sofa, coffee table, dining table and chairs. Kitchen area (1.9x1.54) opening onto the living room: 2-burner electric hob, top fridge, mini oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Access to the floor via a millstone staircase:
