This 2-star-rated semi-detached villa of around 88m2 has a terrace, a small garden and a shed for bicycles, as well as a parking space in front of the villa.
Classified 2* in 2025 by the departmental tourism committee.
On entering, you will be greeted by an entrance hall with cupboard. The L-shaped lounge opens onto a terrace of around 9m2 overlooking the small garden, equipped with a table and chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, Tassimo pod coffee maker and dishwasher.
Upstairs, a landing leads to: bedroom 1 with garden view: 1 double bed (140cm), bedroom 2 with garden view: 1 double bed (160cm), bedroom 3 (for children): 1 fold-out sofa bed for 1 person and a mezzanine bed for a child only. Bathroom: bath, washbasin, WC and washing machine.
There is an enclosed garden shed for storing bicycles and pushchairs, and a small electric griddle.
The villa is equipped with a central heating system, so you can enjoy your stay all year round. Please contact us for more information about the heating package.
