The villa "Les Chardonnerets" is located between the marine lake of Hossegor and the beaches.
The living room and kitchen form a bright, open-plan living space, opening onto two terraces. The , south-facing, overlooks a wooded garden, while the second, covered, offers direct access to the 6-seater jacuzzi. A barbecue and plancha grill are also available for convivial evenings.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with induction hobs, an American fridge with freezer, and a dishwasher.
On the ground floor, you will find three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140 cm) opening onto the south-facing terrace, bedroom 2 with a double bed (160 cm, two 80 cm beds pushed together) facing west, and bedroom 3 with two single beds for children. A shower room and separate toilet complete this floor.
Upstairs, the villa has three additional bedrooms. The bedroom (No. 4) has a double bed (180 cm, two 90 cm beds pushed together) with an east-facing balcony and a cot. Bedroom No. 5 has a double bed (180 cm, two 90 cm beds pushed together) and a small Lightning McQueen car-shaped child's bed, as well as a changing table. A shower room with a sink, walk-in shower, and WC is also located on this floor. The master suite (No. 6) has a double bed (180 cm, two 90 cm beds pushed together), a reading corner, and a private bathroom with double sinks, a shower, and a separate WC. It overlooks the south-facing garden and has a skylight.
